Residential Stucco in San Diego

One new finish for the whole house. No patches, no paint to peel.

Residential & Commercial

Re-stucco the whole house, not just the bad spots

Residential re-stucco is the core of our business. Patching a painted, cracked or faded exterior leaves you with mismatched color and texture, and paint that will peel again. We sandblast the old paint and failing finish off the entire house, then apply new stucco so every wall has the same color and texture.

Cement stucco is colored all the way through with iron-oxide pigments, so it never needs paint. It's fire resistant and holds up to San Diego weather. We usually sandblast and re-stucco an average three-bedroom house in two working days, with the whole job taking two to five days.

FAQ

Residential questions

Do you do small patch repairs?

Our specialty is re-stuccoing the entire house. Patches rarely match the color and texture of the rest of the wall, and painted stucco keeps peeling. A full sandblast and re-stucco gives you one consistent finish.

How long will my house take?

We usually sandblast and re-stucco an average three-bedroom house in two working days: one day to sandblast and one to stucco. Start to finish, most jobs take two to five days.

Will the sandblasting affect my neighbors?

We hang 20' x 50' scaffold tarps from the eaves and over the fence to contain the dust, and we give you a notice for your neighbors so they can close windows and move cars.

Do I need to be home?

Not the whole time. We'll agree on the work dates up front and give you a get-ready sheet so you know what to prepare.
